More recycling facilities for Norden

The recycling bank at the Upper Sherborne Road car park is being well used, and moving it was a positive first step. We need to see the amount of things you can recycle here to be increased. We need to make it easier to recycle.

What we now want to see is facilities provided on the other side of the ward as there are none.
